Blue states don't care.

The count will continue until they attain their desired result.

Although, if no one is above the law as the left proclaims, these states should be challenged immediately once and if they decide to continue manufacturing, er, I meant counting votes.

We know that the Democrats are going to fight tooth and nail to make sure the District Court judges will be allowed to keep issuing nationwide injunctions. Therefore, when the 2026 and 2028 elections roll around, simply get a District Court judge in the Fifth Circuit to issue a nationwide injunction preventing any state from counting ballots that arrive after the election. Give them a taste of their own medicine.

Does that include military ballots? Did they not arrive after the election last year? Feels unfair to not include ballots from people fighting for our country who are overseas and cannot make it to the ballot box back home

It should. Nothing is fair in the military. Military leadership can set deadlines for the those in the Armed Services to get votes in by the deadline no matter the situation. If the leadership fails to do so then that leader should be replaced.

That or they'll do the opposite: count the votes from the bluest portions of the city first, then "run out of time" for the votes from redder districts.

Trump resisting or challenging one of these many Fed district injunctions/stays from a Fed district is going to be the basis for his 3rd impeachment (as they scream and cry about process) if they win the house in 2026.

The ruling is "arrive" after. Your idea presumes the vote have arrived on time, but were not counted.

Now...such frickery could be possible if ballot envelopes are not retained for chain of custody purposes (Georgia).

You going to head back to the dumbshit thread you started about Trump hypothetically violating the Constitution?

You deserve the licks you earned with that one and you disappeared yourself from it, and now you’re in here poking holes in a judicial ruling you don’t like.

Iirc, mail in votes in Pennsylvania

-can be counted up to 3 days after the election

-don’t need a signature

-don’t need a time stamp and/or postage

TLDR - Dems have an easy pathway to “harvest” (create out of thin air?) the votes needed to steal an election.
