Not sure if true, but in the comments it said the sorority changed their rules to allow trans to join. If that’s the case then this is an issue with leadership in the sorority not in the courts.

What was the ruling? Was it ruled this way because the national heads of the sorority approve the admission of transgenders? Leftist private organization is setting leftist rules.
