And by the time they would get heard, the person is already in office and it would be too difficult to do anything about it, but....we'll make sure it doesn't happen next time. SSDD

Fox just said another judge in a different district is considering the same issue this morning. Said that ruling applied only to one district. Maybe this judge will be more favorable....

Nope, a judge is not a damn dictator picking and choosing which laws to follow.

When the actual evidence is examined, not the cheap propaganda, a judge finds that republicans are violating election law to try to steal an election. Why does this not surprise me?

Good Lord. I am pretty sure everyone knows his own year of birth.
Some may have trouble remembering the month and day, but the YEAR?
Like my DL, after hours in line waiting at the DMV, reads 1965 when my old DL from out of state and my birth certificate clearly state 1964. Think I am going to go through standing/sitting hours more in line to correct their negligence? Not a chance in Hell.

I have to disagree. If you're not smart enough to know how to properly spell your own address, if you live on a street or a drive, or you can't read well enough to fill out a form, then you are not smart enough to aid in the direction of the country. We really need to stop accommodating the people that represent the lowest common denominator. We're only doing a disservice to those with average intelligence and above.

Are this years "problems" in similar numbers to past years? I don't recall that happening in past years.
Why do you suppose that would be??

Clearly you support your side winning by any means. Op was about birth year, not the bs you're trying to distract with.
If you can't agree that the wrong birth year should be disqualifying, you are a sad individual.

Where is the US Justice Department? It's time for them to step in and stop these continual shenanigans.
