May's order said Gwinnett County is hereby “enjoined from rejecting absentee ballots containing an error or omission relating to the absentee voter's year of birth” and has been ordered to count such ballots in this year’s midterm elections.

So when you are filling in fraudulent ballots and you get the voter's year of birth wrong you are good to go!
I wonder how many of these "absentee voters" even know their names are being used.
just another precedent set for cheating later

If your culture is filled with good and moral people, you hardly need any laws at all.

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

This is why we have Federal Appellate Courts.

That these cases will never reach.

Ok, so exactly how are you supposed to verify someone's identity? What happens if they misspell their name?
This is twilight zone shite...

and after she has stolen the election and has been governor for 6 months we will get a decision!!!
which if it doesn't go the democrats' way leads to SCOTUS where we may hear from by the end of next year!

Good Lord. I am pretty sure everyone knows his own year of birth.
Some may have trouble remembering the month and day, but the YEAR?

How can any judge, with a straight face, say this violates civil rights???
Its an absentee ballot, the person can write their name, but they cant remember their birth date, what possible explanation can there be other than its fraudulent?
Its seems a liberals racism is now the equivalent to judges using the catch all "civil rights violation".

You count that vote twice of course.
Once spelled the wrong way and,
once spelled the right way.

Misspelling your street address shouldn't be a big deal. Putting Dr. instead Rd. shouldn't be disqualifying. Putting Apt. or STE in the wrong field shouldn't be disqualifying.
If google maps can figure it out then that should be good enough

That's racist because minorities as a whole are so poor and stupid any attempt to verify their identity is immediately and inherently voter suppression.

The OP is about birthdays, the comment you're responding to is about someone's name.
You decided to talk about addresses?
How about you answer the question, how exactly do you think we should confirm someone's identity when voting, and how should we ensure that the right person is voting in order to curve voter fraud?
Rules, laws, standards, procedures, who gives a shite? Right? Why should anyone be held to any standard at all?
