Fed Judge in Boston to keep EBT food stamps

I knew a liberal Judge would try to force Trump admin into providing the money. Can’t pay military and ATC but can do this. Trump should just come out and say he is directing the OBM to pay military and ATC as well.

How does she have the authority to do this? If so, why can't they just pay the military too and keep the rest of the government shut down forever?

Do people even realize this "emergency fund" doesnt even cover November payments??? Its just a ploy by the dems to throw the "starving people" monkey off their back and on to the gop.
And its there to provide for a shortfall in budget or when there are national disasters and temp benefits can be used.
Dems can end this today, they refuse to do so.

The use of the emergency fund is at the discretion of the Executive. It's not a ministerial function. Therefore, you cannot order Trump to use it like YOU want. Trump should absolutely ignore whatever order comes from this cuunt.
