Hey man. I give you the downside of DEI and affirmative action. Naturally, these programs are anti merit and result I doubt about minority hires.

It's just normal. If your on a plane and you see a Black female walking out of the cockpit, isn't it going to make you wonder if she is the real deal, or maybe not quite as good but necessary to meet the quota.

The other thing is she made an irrational statement and the grammar wasn't on par with what would be expected.

These things matter. Especially in the age of DEI. If your minority and in a Position like that you better be spot on in appearance and performance.

Things would be fairer if the hiring was fair and objective.

DEI is what's wrong with her.

She's young (which also necessarily means relatively inexperienced), female (which means she's almost certainly incapable of really passing the FBI physical requirements without "accommodations"), and she's black, which means the chances that she got "other accommodations"or was otherwise promoted ahead of others with better qualifications and scores is very high, since government agencies in particular are obsessive about engineering black people to the top so that they can virtue signal about their "diversity."

Now, this wouldn't be the case without DEI.

If everything were simply based on merit, you would know that whoever was in charge was in charge because they earned it and were the best for the job.

But she's the poster child for DEI, so you assume that DEI is why she's there.

Just like the SS agent who was overweight and couldn't re-holster her weapon when Trump got shot.

It's not fair, sure. She could be the best agent in the FBI. But as long as we have such a DEI culture operating in society, that's the way it's going to be.

I wonder whose idea it was to put her out there in front of the cameras, she was not prepared and appeared incompetent. Pretty much everything she said the FBI had to clarify and change their official statements. The "not a terrorist attack" but an "event" statement was dropped by the FBI less than an hour later.
