I'm a federal contractor and signing NDAs is SOP and we don't sign them to prevent us from talking to Congress.
But do your NDAs prevent you from responding to congressional inquiries???

Highly doubtful that a non-disclosure agreement with your employer/customer would prevent you from talking to your employer/customer. These frickers do realize the government is their employer right?

NDAs are supposed to include language creating exceptions related to government investigations
if they don't, they run the risk of being declared unenforceable which creates all sorts of problems for all the other information

Tell me, how many indictments and plea deals will it take before you admit Trump has a Russia problem? Mueller's just getting started and they are already MULTIPLE indicments, and guilt pleas.

Well, first there has to be one related to Russia Collusion, as opposed to tax fraud from years ago or some other minor process crime. But hey... carry on with your happy thoughts of "Muh Russian".

None of the charges brought against anyone so far have anything to do with Trump or Russian "collusion" you get that , don't you?
quote:Nonsense, this investigation has been ongoing for 18 months now. You dont seem to understand that, a speical counsel simply takes over an existing investigation and runs it independently, the FBI was already investigating this for a year when Mueller came along.
Mueller's just getting started

How so? A couple of media outlets reported yesterday that the investigation is wrapping up.

The segment stated that the language in the NDA was highly unusual in that it explicitly prevented disclosure to congress.
I'm hoping to find more on it today, or hopefully Tucker follows up tonight.

From what I have heard this NDA did exactly that, and I think we can all agree that we have seen evidence to suggest that many in the IC do NOT understand that they work FOR the government, which means people who are elected to oversee them.

and true, as with any contract, if any part of the contract is illegal, the entire contract is invalid, but when that contract is WITh the FBI, how you going to fight that?
