An unwillingness to testify presumes guilt.

It’s not that they’re dumber. They just view the world through their lens. And a lawyer’s lens, especially as a consultant to a business, is mostly a paralytic to accomplishing or sustaining anything of value.

Guys, no state is gonna touch it. He is guilty as sin and if prosecuted and convicted by a state.......190 countries are gonna line up to sue the United States. We cost trillions of damage to the world and millions of lives.

Potential state prosecutions.

So the argument is that if he answers a question, a state will prosecute him for what? The problem with all of this so far is that there is no compelling argument that state charges would ever stick because his "crimes" would end up being something done under his federal duties. While the theoretical possibility of state charges survives the federal pardon, the reasonable likelihood that any state prosecution would actually stick for acts performed under federal official authority is low. Courts evaluating a Fifth Amendment claim look for a realistic fear of prosecution, not a purely speculative one.

I think the more he does this, the more likely either a contempt of Congress prosecution can move forward, or it becomes a major SC question.

If Fauci actually cared about public health and “science”, wouldn’t he do everything in his power to help us understand where he went wrong, so we can prevent it in the future?

One thing is for certain. Fauci, and the Obama/Biden administration, know they have been caught and they know they are being hunted

I think his lawyers are probably advising him that he’s better off pleading the Fifth and either beating any Congressional Contempt charges or hoping they have no teeth (as is per usual) than risking state charges.

In any case, “the less said, the better” is usually pretty sound advice, no matter what.

Johnson sucked and Langford is not any better.
I thought they were fine. Each covered different areas. The hearing was a thorough step by step disassembly of Fauci's reputation, which is necessary if we are ever going to get to real answers. As I've said many times, "Those who do not understand the origins of a pandemic are doomed to repeat it."

Annie Jacobsen was just on the radio. She is a novelist in the fact-based fiction genre. Her latest project, "Biological War: A Scenario" is a deep dive into GOF and the BSL-4 world. It is meticulously researched. Her premise is basically identical to the CV19 lab leak, but with an engineered version of pneumonic plague resistant to aminoglycosides. Infection carries a CFR approaching 100%. In short order, there is total unrecoverable social breakdown.

Engineered bugs like this already exist in BSL-4 facilities, and as we've seen, accidents do happen.

He'll beat those, because the pardon is not fully protective. Hopefully a state or two will act on that fact.

Wild that after all the atrocities and violations of fundamental rights we saw during covid we are all hoping for an individual state to extract some form of justice on behalf of The People.

Dang, according to evidence presented by Senator Rand Paul, Fauci didn't even provide basic oversight on the dangerous research going on in this ChiCom Wuhan Institute of Virology. According to testimony Fauci previously submitted his excuse for this lack of oversight - I trusted the ChiCom researchers.

Dang, I keep asking myself - how could anyone stand there and allow this genocide to proceed unchallenged? Then I remember, since the democrats have been killing babies for decades, what's a few million more Covid-19 victims. Plus the mammon........lot's of mammon.

And maybe the answer lies in a culture of death partnered with a loss of the sense of good and evil (aka moral relativism replaces absolute truth). This slow burn over decades creates a demon - one that kills people and deadens consciences.

Scary stuff knowing that these people just might get away with this...........

Our only hope to bring a stop this culture of evil and bring these people to Justice? A Christian Conservative Congress and President Donald Trump. Then begin the job of teaching our youth the value of Absolute Truth.

The question I have isn’t really about Fauci, he is just the yes man for the cabal. I want to know who he answers to. I can assume it’s a group that Bill Gates belongs to. I also want to know when and where it was released. This thing could have been released in the US as early as October of 2019. I wouldn’t at all be surprised if it was manufactured in Ukraine and released in Wuhan and the US at the same time.

This is coming on the heels of his (incredibly stupid) diary being released. No one with an IQ over 90 is falling for his strategy

I had a "flu" between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2019 that my PCP couldn't identify by known strains at the time. I've never tested for the COVID antibodies but I will always wonder. I travelled a lot then and had just returned from a trip to northern VA and DC.
