It’s funny that you think lawyers are vastly intelligent to anyone with a pulse. The truth is law school is for individuals who can’t perform a real trade or skill.

Law school is like your worst or most intensive liberal arts undergrad course, but for every course for three years. It’s not medical school.

Now being a good lawyer is different, but getting a law degree isn’t actually that hard.

Many big law firms are now trying to entice welders to join their ranks.

covid will never be written about honestly.

It was used to destroy the global (particularly the US) economy, while lifting China from the brink of economic collapse through global PPE and health device demand, and eradicating their burdensome elderly population. It allowed American leftists to get rid of Trump and manipulate elections to ensure they remain in power, even as their party radicalizes and becomes less tenable. It allowed the globalist elite to dress rehearse a bloodless takeover of human rights in the name of public health, stress test their bioweapons on the public, depopulate the planet at the expense of the old and poor, and make BILLIONS selling the "cure" - which is truly just another latent disease complex we will be forced to pay them to treat for the rest of our lives. And every step along the way, they lied to us about it.... as our loved ones died in isolation, our neighbors lost their businesses, and our children couldn't learn.

Its our greatest shame.

Just like judges who are public servants somehow have a god complex and sense of authority. Will never understand why people put up with that.

I ermploy all kinds of lawyers in my business. Labor lawyers, patent lawyers, tax lawyers, litigation lawyers, general practice lawyers etc etc.

I trust them implicitly as it relates to the specific area of law they are engaged for.

The vast majority of them as it relates to anything about running a business or frankly the world as a whole are dumber than a 10yo and I wouldn't trust most of them to run a lemonade stand.

And these are actual lawyers not pseudo ambulance chasers who spend 12 hours a day tossing out inane opinions on a sports sub forum........

What I find the most interesting is that, in the long run, his pleading the Fifth is probably going to force a constitutional question regarding both the viability of blanket pardons and whether you can plead the Fifth on content covered under a blanket pardon, and how the argument of when a witness has a reasonable fear that the answer could lead to criminal prosecution.

Since he accepted the pardon, he is free and clear of "any federal offenses (“offenses against the United States”) he may have committed or taken part in between January 1, 2014 to January 19, 2025 that arose from or related in any manner to his service as Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), as a member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force or White House COVID-19 Response Team, or as Chief Medical Advisor to the President.

So the question is, what is he pleading the Fifth to avoid incriminating himself for? His prior testimonies all fall under the pardon window (now you can argue that his mistruths were not done under the guise of his official capacity but for his own benefit outside the scope of the pardon, but that a hard thing to prove legally), so is he attempting to shield himself from future potential perjury charges, ie he has intent to lie to congress but pleading the 5th is a better option as it places the blame on his legal council?

Guy got a presidential pardon backdated to 2014 and still pleads 5th?

What other atrocities are there that we don't even know about?

2014 is when his involvement with bat GOF started in China.

If already mentioned, mea culpa. But one of the most disgusting news coming out is that Fauci used his staff & other Federal employees to apply for Federal grants money, totaling approximately $1,000,000. For himself.
He is a disgusting evil troll.

Still blows my mind that the dude was put in charge of response to the virus that he created.

The Dems kept bringing up increasing measles rates. It would have been nice if someone pointed out that open borders and vaccine hesitancy due to Fauci’s actions were the reason.

Never gets mentioned when speaking of the increase does it?

Funny antidote, Cuba used to make big bucks shipping doctors all over the Caribbean and Latin America. We had many here. When things got bad in Venezuela we had a huge influx of them here in Trinidad. Have a nephew who is a doctor and a Venezuelan woman was admitted, they could not figure out what was wrong with her. Cuban doctor came in took one look at her and the tests and said "she has Malaria", our doctors had never seen it so they didnt recognize it.
