With the promise of lighter sentences, his compatriots may finger him as the ringleader and organizer.

If its a fed crime why does a MN judge have a say in whether he is arrested

It was a federal magistrate judge. Bondi decided to first try charges usual a criminal complaint. That’s usually used for quick and easy ways to get charges filed because it only requires one person to agree.

In this case , the magistrate on duty decided (guessing) the evidence described was insufficient to match the charges alleged, or the judge was politically biased.

The next alternative to get charges filed is with an indictment using a grand jury which can be more time consuming and costly.

There’s this big country and a small state up north. When the Judge is the husband of the assistant attorney general in this so called small state they do whatever they want.

We now live in a post-accountability society for the elites, the rich, & the poor. Only the middle class is determined to be eligible to ever be held accountable for anything in this country.

Or is he an activist who has a microphone and camera?

A jury should decide.

I believe the district judge can over rule the magistrate if they see it differently.

Bearded guy is homeless. He wants to go to jail. However, the two entitled bitches will roll over on him in exchange for reduced sentences. They will implicate him as a co-conspirator.

Multiple sources have confirmed that the federal magistrate in Minnesota who refused to sign off on an arrest warrant for Don Lemon is Douglas L. Micko, and that his wife works as an Assistant Attorney General in Minnesota AG Keith Ellison's office.

It’s a Minnesota federal judge. This means that no matter who is president and appoints the judge it won’t get confirmed unless it is likeable to the Democrat senators who control the state. (Blue slips ) . I would say that a Democrat could shoot a Republican on the street and these guys would say justifiable homicide. The republicans are too weak to recess so that Trump can put in his own judges and attorneys. , and they also won’t get rid of this blue slip bullshite which is nothing more than a courtesy. This is why the DOJ can’t indict anyone. The whole government in states where the crimes took place are dems except for Florida
Just to give you the numbers on the u s attorneys. There are 94. Trump has been allowed to appoint 18 and he is finishing his first year. The remaining ones are Biden and Obama holdovers . And we think the fault of no arrests are Patel and Bondi . Trumps government is 15 % staffed . After the mid terms he won’t get anyone else confirmed.
Enjoy
