I love how the announcers acted like the Saints somehow stole a touchdown while not acknowledging the game would have basically been over if the face mask was called. We had already had 2 scoring plays taken away. What in the hell do they think caued Shough not to cross the goal line? his head and body was being ripped backwards by his face mask!

Wouldn’t it be a brilliant long play by Kiffin to possibly use this to force the SEC to make Trinidad Chambless ineligible? The route that made Chambless eligible is no different than the route that these two players took. They were both determined to be eligible by a courtroom. LSU could countersue the SEC for discrimination. Several other member institutions have rostered players who won court cases in a similar way, and yet they are not being threatened. LSU did not even roster the players unlike Ole Miss Texas, Arkansas, Kentucky, and South Carolina.

Exactly! The SEC is way out of line. Do they not realize that if the judges rule that these players are eligible, they are going to sue the conference and the schools if they don’t let them play? They will make it a right to work issue, not a scholarship issue.

It’s amazing how many times now LSU has scored 8 runs in a conference game and still lost. If not for playing an awful South Carolina team, we could have potentially finished the second half of the conference being swept in 5 straight series
