Good analysis, NC. Thanks for that. So in effect Trump is challenging the illegality of being prosecuted for protesting via burning the ‘Trans Flag’. That is brilliant and forces the Supreme Court into a corner.
IMO it was the Trans stuff that cost the Dems the last election. Trump’s people know this and are using it for the Midterms. Again. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

I disagree. First of all, this needed to be done. Any idiot that burns the American flag shouldn't be allowed the privileges of being an American which we only enjoy because so many have sacrificed themselves to first gain these freedoms and secondly to protect them.
Secondly, with the energized American First momentum in America, now the Marxist Dems will have to stand up and defend the burning of Old Glory, which w will go over like a turd in a punch bowl.

What these "protests" are doing is nothing more than illegal obstruction of other people's rights - demanding that someone else must make them happy.
I - along with millions of other citizens - have the right to pursue my own desires and pleasure and contentment without having idiots impede MY desires and contentment.
IF you have a Grievance - then present your arguments to the proper place in a manner that is conducive to debate over the pros and cons of your opinion within the exchange of pertinent facts.
BUT the bill of rights do NOT give you the right to inconvenience ME or to stop any of my LAWFUL activities, or create a mess that others have to clean up, or impede the PEACEFUL activities of other citizens.
Do I have the right to dump a month's worth of my neighborhoods' garbage in front of the treasury department and set it on fire while stopping traffic and impeding the progress of those trying to put out the fire all the while insulting you and and/or anyone else who may be objecting to my actions - all because I don't like the current projections for the economic trends??
Our founders wrote up a splendid Bill of Rights - intended for LOGICAL and MORAL people.
Sorry - but our bill of rights does not ensure that idiotic penchants for obstruction and commotion will go without resistance.
If you have a point - make an argument rather than a mess and an annoyance.
