Businesses that hire illegal aliens are partaking in the benefits of human trafficking. Charge them.

This is the way you kill immigration and drugs. You go after the businesses that employ them and the banks, politicians, etc that profit off the drugs.

The only issue is that you better move them out of the country. If you take away their jobs and you dont move them out they become very dangerous both politically and violent as they move into the black market trades to survive. My only worry is we wont do a good enough job removing them and this will create a new epidemic of gang violence.

That’s how you do it. Take away the motivation to come here illegally.

The only true way to stop illegal immigration in my opinion.

It's a multi-prong approach with this being one of those strategies.

We are I-9 compliant, do E-Verify, 4 level background checks, TWIC, and other background checks and they STILL get through.

This works for W-2 employees. The vast majority of illegals work as contractors and you are not required to use I-9 or E-verify for independent contractors. My guess is they will come up with something that goes parallel with W-9s.

AH Ha now we know how to speed up deportation of illegals. Cancel their EBT cards, then jail their employers;.
Then give them a free ride back to their home country.

K, good. I think that if the employer can show they have, in good faith, followed the procedures they should not be blamed.

As far back as I remember this was the way, we went by the Feds rules, they said good to go and we didn't have to think about it again, but we kept all the papers, copies of the papers and more copies of the papers. But you are right to think employers who did their due diligence would not be held liable.

This used to be a thing, for the egregious cases anyway.
