It's amusing that a 5'3 accountant can't identify as a 7 foot tall NBA center and make a team but it's perfectly reasonable that a tiny woman who cut her body parts off can seamlessly pass for a grown man. It's terrifying that this isn't seen as amusing by our fricked up culture.

It’ll be 40 years old in February.
As a female, it would have been receiving less attention going into the 40s and 50s.
Now there’s an expectation that permanently playacting as a man will result in more roles.

In order to avoid protests when the whole tranny thing began, a lot of businesses quickly shifted to employees adding their pronouns to their bios so trannies applying for jobs wouldn't feel any more out of place than they already do when looking at their own genitals.
If memory serves, you are in the education field (or looking to be in it). That field is rife with social justice warriors looking for any class of "noble victims" to knight for, especially by virtue signaling.
