Wouldn’t that much tank the price of gold?

$3 Trillion sounds like a number that could completely change a country’s fortune and direction . A number that could lift entire populations out of poverty and into the middle class and start an unstoppable economic engine!

Then we look at the US ‘budget’ and realize $3 Trillion probably doesn’t get us through the third quarter of the fiscal year…

Buy? We are broke.

We does not have to mean the US government. American industries that require rare earth minerals are already purchasing them from somewhere mainly China. Instead of purchasing them from China those American industries can purchase them from El Salvador. El Salvador gets $$$ and we get rare earth minerals without having to buy from China. It is a win-win and no American troops get deployed.

This is where the Monroe Doctrine should apply.

Don't think for one second the Chinese aren't scheming how to get their hands on it.

How about...no. Let them prosper and help them swat away the flies that are coming. They are in a good location to be a good ally not another Iraq. Go watch Treasure of the Sierra Madre. It explains it better lol

Mostly the first one but there's some lookers too.

If it was dumped on the market at one time? Yes. If we "liberate it" and then lock it in Fort Knox and slowly sell it off to pay off out national debt? No
