This 100% true.

If she lied, slam her.

But her defense claims Hoffman joined after her deposition, which if true, would stack up a a big "L" for the DOJ. OTOH, if they could somehow tag Hoffman too, it would be glorious!

So this woman is claiming that she was at a department store in the middle of the day in NYC and Donald Trump (during his prime years) barged into her dressing room and started raping her.

No, but what she is claiming is just as unbelievable.

She claims that the two of them recognized one another as celebrities and began flirting. He asked her to help pick out a gift for a woman. She consented and went back into the store with him.

Soon he suggested lingerie and they poked fun at each other, he suggesting she model some and she suggesting he model some. They agreed to both model some AND WENT INTO A DRESSING ROOM TO DO SO!

In the course of this, Trump trned her around and banged her. She was so shocked she didn’t (forgot?) object.

That there is rape, sonny!

Keep in mind that this was a 54 year old highly successful woman and feminist who had made her celebrity in the rough and tumble of NYC. But suddenly, in DJT’s arms, she became a shrinking flower.

This was a civil trial because obviously there was not enough evidence for a criminal trial. And the democrat judge picked the jury without any input from Trump’s team.

My theory is that it happened just as she said up until the end. When he finished, Trump just left and her dreams of a romance were in tatters, and THAT’s when she objected to the whole thing and decided it was not consensual.

One of the things I like about Trump….that SOB doesn’t forget about anyone who screws him.

Plausible and likely knowing both of them. High fliers and a fling as both were ‘liberated’.

And yet the usual suspects take every available opportunity to rush into a thread about new indictments, grand jury investigations launched, subpoenas, criminal referrals & arrests at the ground level where we know who's upstream of it all... and masturbate mentally as they furiously type their "Nothing is going to happen" mantra.

They tried to destroy his businesses.
They sought to ruin his family.
They have worked overtime to destroy his reputation.
They made up allegations whole cloth to try and keep him from running for office.
They indicted him multiple times.
They ginned up "felony" charges in a desperate effort to get some kind of judgement against him so they could call him a "FeLoN"
They raided his personal residence as they scrambled to discover what evidence he had against them.
They tried to kill him multiple times.
There was even a plot to murder his daughter.

But they think Trump isn't going to do anything about any of it.

These people are stupid. The man dedicated an entire chapter in one of his books to seeking justice against those who wronged you, but the smooth-brains in the crowd think that they're smarter than him, and that THIS TIME, they'll have outwitted him.

Dumbasses.

E Jean Carroll caught in deposition claiming she “totally forgot” billionaire Reid Hoffman was funding her entire lawsuit against Trump.

There is so many problems with this case, but a glaring one.... one that people always seem to forget... is the sickening frequency of the "decades-delayed rape claims" made against prominent politicians. These claims all have similar markers:
claims conveniently made at the height of the accused's political power.
claims made with zero evidence or corroboration.
claims made in such a way where no exonerating proof can be offered.
claims that appear seemingly from nowhere, never having been divulged for decades.
claims funded by opposition party power-players.

Specifically for Trump, many of you may recall over a dozen of these accusations flooding his 2016 campaign. So many that voters, and even the media to an extent, simply ignored them.

So there's always going to be a dark shadow of doubt over cases like these. The difference with EJC is, political shills in the justice system were actually willing to bastardize law in order to prosecute the accused, rather than just discredit him or derail his political career.

NY State changed the law just to allow Carroll the opportunity to bring these claims against Trump in the effort to keep him from running in 2024.

quote:

New York allows assault and sexual abuse victims to file delayed claims or bypass expired statute of limitations windows through specific legal avenues. These provisions account for the time it takes for survivors to process trauma and come forward.

Key legal provisions and delayed claim windows in New York include:
Victims of Gender Motivated Violence Law (New York City): NYC opened a lookback window allowing survivors of sexual assault or abuse that occurred before January 9, 2022, to sue. Survivors have until July 29, 2027, to file a civil claim, regardless of how much time has passed or whether an arrest was made.

Adult Survivors Act (ASA): Signed in 2022, this created a one-year lookback window that allowed adult survivors of sexual offenses to file civil claims for abuse that occurred long ago, bypassing traditional statutes of limitations.

Child Victims Act (CVA): This law allowed survivors of childhood sexual abuse to file civil claims for decades-old abuse.

Criminal Prosecution: New York eliminated the statute of limitations for the most serious sexual assault crimes (like Rape in the first degree) in 2006. Less serious sex offenses apply a five-year statute of limitations measured from when the victim discovers the offense or reaches age 23, whichever occurs later.

Assault Claims
For standard civil assault or battery claims (not involving gender-motivated violence or specific lookback windows), New York imposes a strict statute of limitations of just one year to file a lawsuit directly against the attacker. If the claim is based on negligence (e.g., a "negligent security" claim against a property owner where an assault took place), the deadline is typically three years.

Democrats and MSM actually have the balls to accuse Trump of political weaponization after this bitch and the circus in New York

Yep. With the EJC case, they crossed the line from using fake rape claims to discredit a politician, to weaponizing the legal system to prosecute them.

Its disgusting, but then again.... the NYC political hacks like Hochul, James, and Bragg ran on "getting Trump" so I guess the voters got what they wanted -- justice be damned.

We don't know that. We know what they tell us were the election results.

We also know that the election fraud runs deepest in the areas we've historically been told are true blue strongholds. But are they "strongholds" because people vote that way, or because the fraud has reinforced the narrative?
