You are describing a lie (perjury) unless she can prove some sort of legitimate mental issue...which had to also be present during the trial.

I’m not sure what you mean by “convicted in the criminal trial”. There was no criminal trial in the Carroll case, so there was no conviction. Perhaps you meant the goofy fabricated case about the value of his property.
