In late July 2026, President Trump said he respects the presidential pardon power—including Biden’s pardon of Dr. Anthony Fauci—while noting doubts that Biden personally signed it (citing the autopen) and that reversing such a pardon would be difficult. mediaite.com
Speaking in the Oval Office after Fauci’s Senate hearing (in which Fauci invoked the Fifth Amendment repeatedly), Trump stated variations of: “The most powerful thing a president has, they say, is the power of pardon. So he was pardoned by Biden, and I respect that. I know how powerful it is… They say it’s literally the most powerful thing a president has.” washingtonexaminer.com

Oh, I thought you were a lawyer. My apologies.
You do know that lawyers can't issue subpoenas, right?

Some people are above the law.
There are a lot of people who should be in jail, but here we are.

Looks like you cut out the rest of Trump's remarks:
He added: “I can’t tell you what the law is. I’ve heard that you have to have a lot of proof. You need to have letters, you also need to have all sorts of things and the person operating the autopen has to know exactly what it’s all about. He didn’t not know what it was about because I saw him testify. So, maybe there’s something on the autopen. Other than that, the power of pardon is very powerful.”

It’s easier to create an alternative reality that way.

Yeah and go back to my first post where I said explicitly Trump respects the pardons even if he doesn’t think they were legit. It’s hilarious AI Ivory demanding fact checks. fricking moron.

The question isn't whether Trump "respects" the pardon, it's whether the Autopen pardons (such as Fauci's) are legally binding.
He respects the power of the pardon. That isn't the same as saying the Autopen pardons are binding.
In several statements prior to that July statement (thanks, I hadn't seen it), Trump made it clear he thought that the Autopen pardons weren't legal...even declaring them void.

Why is he not in jail?
It's very simple. He hasn't commited an indictable offense. If you disagree, please identify the criminal offense he should be prosecuted for.
The online outrage factory won't help you.

Dr. Fauci...What’s the deal with him? Why is he not in jail?
Well first, there has to be an investigation and an arrest for cause. After that, there need to be charges. At some point thereafter, you need to evidence. That might be the tricky part in this situation.
Then there’s the pardon right before Biden left office.
