Apparently DOJ has bigger fish to fry than that lying scumbag who killed countless Americans.
My GUESS is that the fact that Fauci committed most of his crimes while working for President Trump shields him from investigation/prosecution from this DOJ.

Please don't use the Lord's name in vain.
Fauci would be the perfect case to test the validity of those pardons. My understanding is that ALL of them were signed by the autopen, except for Hunter's.
Pardon is an affirmative defense to a criminal charge. The onus would be on Fauci to prove its validity.

SOME of us want Fauci prosecuted. I think the Autopen pardons were bogus and legally void.
Do you disagree?

Hey genius how about you tell us how someone with a pardon can be prosecuted and we will listen.

I'm not blaming Trump. I'm saying that those who work for Trump might not want to risk the embarrassment of Fauci's inevitable defense: "I was working under the authority given to me by President Trump."
I suspect Trump himself would want to fry Fauci's arse.
Do you think Biden's pardon of Fauci was legally valid?

Man, you have the seals “going after” you again today.

A pardon is what's called an affirmative defense, like a statute of limitations affirmative defense ("Even if I did commit the crime, it happened so long ago that you can't prosecute me because the SOL for that crime is 5 years.")
In this case, let's say that Fauci were charged with criminal conspiracy to commit murder. He would assert the affirmative defense of "I have been pardoned." It would be up to him to prove that he had been properly pardoned.
In this case, as President Trump declared in 2025 sometime (will look it up) that the Autopen pardons weren't legally binding because Biden didn't even know about them. Trump's statement isn't legally binding, but it lays out the legal argument for trying cases against scumbags who got those pardons.
Any other questions? Do you doubt Trump said that?

As noted, facts---even pro-Trump facts---confuse and alarm them:) It's like watching a donkey trying to solve a jigsaw puzzle.
They NEED anyone who disagrees with them to have TDS, even though there's no evidence.

That is an absolute reach. Besides, you can not embarrass POTUS Trump, especially when the TRUTH is being sought.
I do believe an autopen pardon is not valid, especially when the POTUS has no idea of the autopen pardon. But we have chosen to allow electronic voting machines, voting by mail, and now autopen pardons without the POTUS being aware.
What could go wrong?

Not surprised you defend morons. You want to explain how Fauci who got a pardon can be prosecuted? Or ask ivory, your alt, how it’s trumps fault?

I respect you and your background. I know you aren't stupid. Can you please demonstrate that:
Has President Trump ever declared that Biden's Autopen pardons are not legally binding?

I agree that if it were just up to President Trump alone, Fauci would probably have been arrested. I just think a more likely explanation is that it is coming from one of his subordinates.
At least you agree that the "pardon" isn't what's stopping the investigation/prosecution of Fauci. What do you think it is?
Posted on 9/8/26 at 11:22 am to paulb52
I think they have made the first step by exposing him. Bringing his actions to light.
Posted on 9/8/26 at 11:22 am to IvoryBillMatt
The pardon is 100% the reason of what’s stopping any prosecution of him. You are dumb.
