Can’t get around the pardon, and Trump doesn’t want to go around the fake pardons, because he’s going to give one to everyone on his way out, just like the Autopen, and he will have precedent

You CAN "get around" any pardon that wasn't properly executed.

Who is "they" though? As far as I can tell it's only been Congress (particularly Rand Paul and Ron Johnson) that has really exposed Fauci. Congress can't prosecute anyone.

President Trump was very clear. The Biden Autopen pardons were "VOID." Is President Trump dumb or a liar or a "weak, gay, pos" (to quote your partner in lunatic vitriol, Pedropatterstine)?

"The “Pardons” that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them! The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden."

I agree that Trump might have been negligent for listening to Fauci and Birx, but I haven't heard any theories about criminal liability for Trump.

So yes, I will agree not to post for 2 days if you will agree to the same. I say that President Trump has never said he would honor a Biden Autopen pardon. You agree that if you can't find Trump saying he would honor a Biden Autopen pardon, you will not post for 2 days?

I would love to speculate but I will spend my time praying good things do not happen to Fauci, any one related to the corruption in our government and those responsible for not passing the SAVE Act.
