Makes sense. NASA couldn't get us to space without all the foreigners they brought over in Paperclip.

So the surety of information on a project is less important than non citizens of this country having possible access to its secrets? Well that explains Biden’s decision making now

SpaceX laughs in ITAR

It’s only a matter of time before some random state charges Elon with some vague crime. This is what they do. And after they get finished charging us, they’ll charge each other. Frickin commies

Will they sue the Saints for not hiring 5’10” white men?

Will get thrown out right away when they show the kicking battle between a 5'9" rookie trying to unseat the 5'11" vet

“The lawsuit alleges that, from at least September 2018 to May 2022, SpaceX routinely discouraged asylees and refugees from applying and refused to hire or consider them, because of their citizenship status, in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act,” the Justice Department said in a statement.

And in the 80s and 90s they used to go into small town factories seeking to arrest illegals and send them back to Mexico. Now we have the govt actively trying to sue people for enforcing their laws. Clown world

Damn. We were told we could not hire a foreign national if a US Citizen could do the work?? The government does not even know its own rules.

I recall Elon mentioning this in the past as a restriction. Is this simply a clarification of law or two govt agencies swinging their authority around making it difficult for a business to operate within any legal bounds? This wouldn’t be the first time a business was given conflicting answers from govt agencies.

I find this to be complete bull shite. You're telling me an immigrant, one of the richest men in the world who's also trying to get to our civilization to Mars isn't going to hire the absolute best people to do that just because they were asylum seekers and refugees?

Forgive me if I think this whole thing smells like bull shite.

It's BS alright. However, I'm not convinced it should be taken @ face value. I don't trust Elon & anyone that trusts anything this DOJ does is a fool.

How many "absolute best people" do you think are in
"asylum seekers and refugees" pool of candidates?

Smells like some affirmative action/outcome based BS to me.

can the DOJ provide accurate numbers as to how many illegal non citizens applied for jobs there? if not frick em, they have the burden of proof to prove they applied for jobs and not speaking english is reason enough to not be hired so this is all BS

but elon bent the knee, and turned twitter back over to the leftist and government propagandists to run it, so they know they can now force him to do anything they want him too.

I'm sure a federal judge will step up any minute and call the DOJ out for their lawfare practices, right? RIGHT?
