I’m not wild about everything DOGE is doing but are you really this dense?

Dude, if DOGE is actually uncovering fraud, those people should be charged with fraud. If it isn’t fraud, don’t say you found “fraud.”

All of this vague statements are meaningless unless those who commit fraud are charged and the fraudulent payments are clawed back.

It’s gonna be great when DOGE actually provides all the evidence they have for all these accusations. Surely they must have some at this point. Right?

They won't bother. They're functioning exactly as intended, and people who don't know better are applauding it.

Reminds me of the shite Democrats pull with "Save the Children from the Guns and Make People Safe Act."

You eating crow pie? The point is what the pie should be not what it is. Nit to mention how the “use” of so many funds is mischaracterized.

Exactly. I'm ready to see some charges be filed.

Get rid of waste. When spending gets BELOW revenue, THEN cut cut cut.

Until then, it’s just adding more debt.

This. Getting rid of revenue while still having a spending problem is just shooting yourselves in the foot. And without touching Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and the military nothing DOGE is doing really matters

Thats how these things go... dog chasing a car

"Biggest fraud in history"

- Sorrry, I cant reveal what we found, they might hurt me.

- Sorry, we cant arrest them... that was for hyperbole. for the good of the country lets move on...

Then in 2028

- Elect 'x candidate' so I can uncover the fraud!

In between now and 2028, insert a few conspiracy theories

I wouldn’t call 5600 accounts for $312 million and 3095 accounts for $333 million vague. That’s pretty specific. They’ve used AI to identify data that indicates possible impropriety and shared this with the public. The next step will be for someone to dig into the those accounts and determine what the issue was. The fact that DOGE has been transparent about their findings makes it more difficult for this to be swept under the rug.

yeah but I was told on here by many that the PPP program was good and ok to be forgiven because it was written that way and there was no fraud.

And it’s easy to dupe the federal government. I bet half the loans were government employees.

Someone find that. I have at least 3 that are working that scam.

DOGE said it identified that the Small Business Administration (SBA) granted nearly 5,600 loans for $312 million to borrowers whose only listed owner was 11 years old or younger at the time of the loan.

DOGE shared a post on X from Tuesday when it also revealed that in 2020 and 2021 the SBA issued 3,095 loans for $333 million to borrowers over 115 years old.

as they all also used an SSN with the incorrect name

The borrowers were still marked as alive in the Social Security database.

Who was the poster from a few weeks ago stating there was no SSN fraud?

Seriously. Y'all really need to just look up a pie chart of the federal budget. It would clear up a lot of stuff for you. You'd stop thinking that foreign aid is the reason we can't balance the budget, for example.

People have no idea just how much their government has screwed them.

They also have no idea how much a billion is more than a million, and how much more a trillion is than a billion.

Social Security totals 1.4 Trillion, expressed in the chart as 1,452 Billions.
For 600 million to end up equalling 1.4 trillion, the multiple would be 2,333 times as much.

Do you really think they'll find that much waste? That they will find 2,332 more incidences of fraud like this one?

Moving the goal posts much? No one compared this to wiping out the cost of SS. But YOU said:

quote:

DOGE will never cut enough to even lower taxes.

Heck, every penny they save *could* be used to lower taxes. Now, most/many of us agree that some/most of it should go to paying off the debt (once we get rid of the deficit - which will take a lot, but it's not a Trillion).

Literally the same playbook they've all been using for decades.

At some point, people need to understand that it's the Elites (including the ones running shite right now) versus the rest of us.

I’m am beyond ready to see folks hanged and/or jailed! You would only need to make 5-10 examples and everyone else would fall in line.

The entire federal government is a house of cards and by the time they’re done exposing, cutting and prosecuting the fraud it’s not clear to me we will have a sustainable two party system because the complicity and responsibility for that fraud and oversight will lay entirely at their feet.

Buddy, Half of them were screwing underage kids, and they are getting away with it cleanly. Do you think they are going to be accountable for stealing a few billion dollars?
