If I were a Trumper like you, huggy bear, I’d dress up in my baseball gear and storm DC.

You know, I felt that way seven years ago when I learned that my taxes went to pay our enemy to make a harmless virus more virulent and deadly and then dump it on us to change an election and kill 7,000,000 people worldwide.

So yeah.

Income tax sucks. Once a man reaches the point at which he is valuable in his industry, he should start a company that he can sell one day and pay capital gains. And in the mean time he can take advantage of R&D tax credits or whatever the applicable scam is for his industry. For my career, I probably paid a blended tax rate - state and federal - of 28%.

Not really available to me, but I'm sure there is a loophole I missed somewhere. With the amount I had to work to do it - I never really had the time to find it.

It was mainly tech startups - so lots of stock, PE, VC acquisitions and options trading hands.

Create a criminal enterprise that benefits the Democrat party, and you can become a millionaire without fear of repercussions. It really is that simple.

We went to war with England for a three-cent tax. The yoke we bear now would make King George III laugh until his sides spilt.

Stings to think about the 25% haircut on every dollar in savings as a result of them printing $7T on account of covid.

Is that a tax or just paying for covid on lay-away?

Either way the biggest scam of all time.

I'm trying to understand your point of view. Are you suggesting tax payers should not worry about their tax dollars being spent fraudulently?

Heard a pastor I’ve listen to almost every day for 25 years mentioned paying your taxes as a “responsibility”, and argued on this very board about the ‘render unto Caesar’. But sorry, America has no Caesar, and if it does it’s we the people. Any time somebody try’s to guilt folks about an obligation, I think of rat bastards like Waltz an Omar who steal from the hard workers. Sorry it’s my duty as a Christian to keep as much as I can away from those corrupt assholes.

The non contributing collective has no “perspective”.
This is your typical Marxist with no skin in the game. This poster has had every need provided at the taxpayer’s expense. He’s proud to have gotten over on the system and laughs at those that keep everyone else afloat.

You’re asking for something this person isn’t capable of delivering.

Likely, upbringing. Lack of a male role model or strong family bonds. Bitter and angry disguised as glib and smug. Never picked for anything by anyone and wants to punish those that made him feel less than.
