Because it's usually about haters and losers who are alive and still hating and losing. No big deal.
This just sounds completely retarded and unhinged. I don't think Rob Reiner and his wife were murdered because they had TDS. They were murdered because they had a mentally deranged son. Now, maybe they enabled their son to be a certain way with their own issues, but when someone is murdered, it's best to just STFU. It doesn't matter how much he had TDS and hated Trump. What is the worst that REINER has said of OMB?? Not some amorphous “the Left.” Reiner himself.
He certainly called Trump a "criminal" and a "con man" and "unfit for the office," but that is not anything that 50 million other Americans (at a minimum) haven't said about him.
