How did he "improperly" take anything? What if they were sitting in the SCIF? What if there was nothing in them to begin with? Can you prove any of that?

Hillary Clinton had classified documents. The government knew that she had them, requested to get them back and she said, "Sure." She gave them an incomplete amount of those classified documents.

The government has reason to suspect otherwise, sends people into Hillary's home... and finds more documents, including 'classified' folders that are empty.
Now, what do you think in that scenario? *ETA - I'm not saying Trump did anything wrong. In the scenario I presented, would this board be posting, "YOU CAN'T PROVE ANYTHING...!"

The archives had those boxes as recently as 6 months ago to be examined IIRC.
They would have an inventory of what was in there when these were examined.
If shite went missing, I’d say the burden of proof is on the archives to show they sent everything back.

The list would be no different for any other Presidents that the Govt office packed up.
The FBI agent in court said that he didn't know Trump had a Presidential Office or SCIF. So he is either ignorant or they got caught as they are not used to anyone questioning them.
