BREAKING Governor Ron Desantis WINS. Royal Caribbean caves, reverses course & won’t require cruise passengers to obtain vaccine passports. -Miami Herald

There are so few republicans willing to fight. Trump and Desantis are only among a few.

I fricking hate weak republicans who don't fight for what's right.

Florida is so fortunate they got DeSantis. I have relatives who live there who absolutely voted for Gillum, but there's no way they would admit it now.

I’m not sure I’d admit to having relatives who voted for Gillum.

Clinton was elected governor several times, and president twice, but it’s rare to talk to anyone here who ever voted for him...

It's about time someone with balls showed up. Trump wouldn't have even been able to do this. This was real leadership.

I'm in. DeSantis or Paul for President. I would be happy with either one.

I'm playing the spoons on the band wagon.

Trump did far more that that. He broke Mexico and Turkey with threats. Turkey stopped it's attacks on the Kurds and Mexico quickly adopted the remain in Mexico policy and deployed its military to the border to curb the flow of illegal invaders. A cruise line would be a cake walk

All that's required is the president/governor not back down like 99.9% of republicans would have done and will always do.

I certainly won't fault you for this positive outlook on Desantis and Paul, but.....

.....this may be a little naive. As I understand it, Desantis has a very advantageous situation in terms of Republican majorities in legislature etc. And no apparent issues with RINO types being a real impediment to his agenda. So in theory there's no reason to believe a Trump couldn't achieve the same success.

I'm sure Clinton had to cheat in Arkansas. He supposedly got involved with the Dixie mafia.

No one in any of my families ever voted for him and they knew better.

Clinton even back before he entered politics was shady and crooked.

He was and forever be a disgrace in the state of Arkansas.

DeSantis is a guy who understands leverage and who really has the winning hand. Can’t wait to see him go scorched earth on big tech when he finally sits down in the Oval Office.
