The manner "repeal replace" failed is a hammer desantis can use. trump did not gather the party leaders of both houses to design the new national system. no policy convention.
The R Senate was not willing to run on either of two bills tea party handed to Ryan. no vote.
if desantis can describe the challenges the tea party vs Establishment creates within his own party which prevented the repeal replace he could win the nomination.

You’re missing the point. The border was secure. Trump stopped the bleeding. He didn’t waste a lot of time and money on the blood already spilled on the floor. Had he not been dodging illegitimate political death blows and bioweapon for 4 years straight, he likely would have gotten around to mopping up much of the spilled blood. What DJT did prior to bioweapon release with how hard he was attacked is simply incredible.
