What efforts?

Aside from Musk and several surrogates blasting social media, what has been done?

Maybe it's been lost in the shuffle, but I don't see Congress doing shite, and I don't see Trump doing anything to push them to.

A) I think Trump tried to go blitzkrieg because he knew the opposition would organize, and as a result, he ended up with a scattershot approach (understandably) and the opposition was, at least in part, successful in obstructing real progress on a lot of fronts. Now it's bogged down, and Trump hasn't put his focus/weight on specific things to pressure Congress effectively (immigration has been a win, though).

B) Trump is just like that in general, though. I think when he decides a big initiative is going to be frustrated or he won't get his top priority result out of it, he takes his foot off the gas to focus on something else and just let's it float to some neutral/mildly productive conclusion and claims victory.

Ron is 100% correct. MoC's feet have to be held to the fire. This is no compromise. We haven't gotten anything we want out of this bill. It's a joke.

Did Ron really try and copy Trump going to a WWE event and got booed?

Remember when he had a private wrestling show for his family?

Steph De Lander, formerly known as Persia Pirotta in WWE NXT, has revealed that NXT Superstars once held an event on a Saturday morning at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, because Florida governor Ron DeSantis and his family wanted to see a wrestling show.

Trump and Elon have exposed it. The next step is to vote out the ones that are a part of the grift. Hopefully the midterms can show this trend, but don't hold your breath.

I think DeSantis' sentiments are shared by a lot of PT regulars.

R's hold the House, Senate, and White House, if some serious Swamp draining doesn't happen in the next 6-9 months it probably ain't gonna happen.

So you're saying it's now on us to vote out congresspeople like Thomas Massie?

How will that get us anything but more spending?

I am glad DeSantis is speaking out about Congress and their complete swamp ineptitude of not being with MAGA therefore DOGE. But yes, it appears he was told he sucked.

Trump and Elon have exposed it.

Trump allegedly exposed it in his first term

I'm not giving credit for someone exposing anything that everyone under the sun already knew existed

We should demand real results, not pay someone on the back for "exposing" something

Declare a natl emergency and fire everyone and rehire accordingly. Same with Bondi. Same with Kash. They’re all trying to play nice instead of going on the offensive. Frick all of them. Trump included. He’s being a simp lately. One foot in one foot out in Ukraine. Same with tariffs. He’s giving the deep state just enough room to operate with no repercussions - that isn’t leadership. That is cuckoldry.

If the DOGE cuts aren't put into law by 1 Jan 26', Trump is going to help primary every GOPe in the Congress.

Won't this be hard to do given the only congressional republican he has come out for primarying, he did so because they guy didn't support all the spending in the BBB?
