I doubt any of us would have a problem with Obama deporting dangerous illegals.

Appealing is totally constitutional and the American way to respond to this. If that’s all he does, good for him.

This is the correct way, the Biden way. You appeal it....but continue.

No more of this nonsense where everything stops until an appellate court makes a ruling, no more immediate injunctions to stop, it doesnt work that way anymore.

Who should have more power—a twice elected governor or a judge appointed by a president 15 years ago?

That’s a start. But our judicial system must be purged of the inept, unprepared, and corrupt politicians that have been installed in the judiciary. Impeachment for blatant incompetence must become a reality.

Don’t get angry because our side is cleaning up your side’s mess.

Here’s a novel idea: don’t wreak the country while your side is on duty and then you won’t have to cry about our side cleaning it all up.

Congrats on getting a lot of people so they only discuss your post and nothing else. Mission accomplished.

You are mad because Republicans in the past would say “we have to do the right thing”, we will stop because some crazy activist judge made a bizarre decision. And then it stops for months and months and then the issue is moot by the time the Courts correct the decision. You won, time was your friend.

Now people like Ron are just using your own playbook against you. And you don’t like it.

Don’t worry Ron will be out soon and out of politics completely for awhile and you’ll get a do nothing dud like Byron Donalds and you’ll be back to being able to get away with this stuff.

Obama and Biden judges are not there to follow the constitution. They are there to wreck havoc on republicans and for the time being, to throw a wrench in the Trump agenda

100% Agree.

Which is why I see the posters here that try to shite on DeSantis as being emotional mental midgets. More governors need to tell the federal government to frick off.

And if one believes in federalism, then they must acknowledge it cuts both ways. Newsom will do things I don't like, but I don't live in California, so I really do not care.

I feel like I need to explain myself, unfortunately. Disregarding federal judge orders is just as much as of a dismissal of the Constitution as someone grabbing people’s guns. If you disregard federal judges, or federal election results, you hate the Constitution and are an enemy of the American people.

Your either ignorant or full of shite or both.

What needs to happen is they need to be held accountable by Congress and removed. Then this shite would stop. It’s basically like our judges were Charles McGill for decades and now we have a bunch of slippin Jimmys

Tarring and feathering would be a good second option.
