Yes, actually the Jews didn't compile the Bible.......the Christians did (specifically the Catholic Christians). Truth be known interfamily squables and jealousy is not something new among God's followers. IMO the Islamics are still p/o'd because God chose the Jews as His favorite. Gave them (the Hebrews) the Land flowing with milk and honey (aka the Holy Land) over them.
But even among the twelve Hebrew tribes that wandered in the desert God chose the Tribe of Judah as his favorite. The Tribe of Judah was always the lead tribe that led the other tribes when they broke camp and began their trek through the desert. From the Tribe of Judah would come great Jewish kings including King David......and of course Jesus Christ the One True God made manifest in the form of a man.
Yep God put it clearly - I will bless those who bless you (Israel) and I will curse those who curse you (Israel) (Genesis 12:3). You cringe? Hey, He's God, He can play favorites if He wants.

I'm not saying that we don't work well with Israel on many things,
I'm saying that we should never forget that Israel is always going to do what is in their best interest no matter how impressive their cooperation seems.

Who Is the True Israel of God?
The Apostle Paul offers clear guidance. In Romans 2:28–29, he states: “For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly.
Paul reinforces this in Galatians 3:7: “Know ye therefore that they which are of faith…”2 and concludes in Galatians 3:29, “And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed”

The Bible is clear: the promise to Abraham was fulfilled spiritually in Christ, not in any modern nation-state.

Most Jewish Americans i know vote (D)..... and for the life of me I don't understand at times why the US comes to their aid.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for erasing Iran off the map and support any decision that makes this happen.
