Kinda disingenuous because neither of those deadly plane crashes happened in the US and one of them was shot down by Russia

Doesn’t look too bad, so hopefully no fatalities.
From the same etiquette book that would ask, “Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?”

Oh my bad, I didn't know Canada was a US state yet.
And is it really disingenuous to say last year was a deadly year for flying? Or are you the one being disingenuous?

Do you notice those round things pointing at the sky? They’re called wheels and that’s definitely not where they belong after landing.
It looks like the fuselage is in one piece so maybe that’s what got the “not to bad” label but wheels to the sky is bad. Really bad.

WTF is going on?
It might be they are needing more material for another season of "Mayday Mayday!" Air disaster episodes?

Okay man. You win the internet argument. But when I made my post I was talking about the United States.
Aviation is still by far the safest method of travel, even in the 51st state and Korea.

And when I made my post I was replying to the OP.
You asked for a link, I gave you some links.
He said wtf is going on, Im simply pointing out planes crashed last year too.
I agree. There is like 1 accident per millions of flights.

Pray for all of those on the plane, sounds like they are all fine. Did find it kind of interesting I got an email from Delta a hour or two after, asking me to sign up for multi-factor authentication of my account.

General aviation and Commercial aviation really should be 2 separate categories
I got into a bit of an argument with a friend on Facebook about this.

Because this board is full of dumbasses.

Trump can't keep letting Canada's air safety people get fired. Is that how we are supposed to do it?
Posted on 2/17/25 at 4:20 pm to bhtigerfan
How the hell did it get upside down?

This really, really tests the hypothesis that “Any landing you walk away from is a good landing.”

Saw this EXACT scenario the other day on I-26. Stupid bitch on her phone nearly took me out in the rain and fog. People on their phones are every bit as dangerous as drunks, IMHO.

Good news: this was a rear-mounted engine plane. A wing-mounted engine might have blown sky high since the wings were sheared off the fuselage in the rollover.
Bad news: that type of plane is also more lightweight and probably harder to stabilize in high winds. I'm curious if the lift to force the plane over was natural blowing winds or a vortex from a larger plane.
Thankfully this wasn't worse.
