Will be reversed. Nothing to see here.

If the case is so strong they can just bring it in front of a grand jury.

"If the case is so strong." It's cut and dry. They lied.

Reason #1 why federal judges should be term limited.
Neither side should have a lifetime bench on their ideology.

If it’s so cut and dry how did the case completely fall apart under cross examination?

i know I look forward to the education you're about to provide us low-IQ minions of a dangerous far-right echo chamber.

Is this correct?
The "shadow government" language came years prior to the purported perjury.

So they knew about the laptop and lied under oath about the laptop to the point where one of them claimed to be "running" a "shadow government" about it... but the attempt to prosecute their perjury "cannot be described as anything other than weaponization"?
The justice system is warped.

Getting technical here, but a federal magistrate cannot dismiss felony charges. He can recommend that the charges be dropped, but an actual judge has to sign off. Given the DOJ will object, there will essentially be a whole new hearing by an actual judge.
So the headline ere is inacurate.

What difference does when it was said make?

It must be nice to be a leftist and just lie under oath, cheat, pillage, steal with impunity.

Here is a little background on the magistrate:
Born in Baltimore of Pakistani descent.

The magistrate judge who apologized to suspected would-be Trump assassin Cole Allen for his treatment inside a Washington, D.C., jail during a Monday emergency motion hearing has been criticized for his standoffishness with the Trump administration over the city's crime crackdown, and praised for his career-long commitment to DEI.
"To me, it’s extremely disturbing that he was put in five-point restraints, a person with no criminal history," Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui, who devoted much of his career to diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, said during the hearing, adding that Allen is presumed innocent.

So yet another treasonous scheme began under Queen Barry?

Judge can rule on probable cause for the criminal complaints. DOJ can appeal to district court judge or seek grand jury indictments.

Where was this dude when Comey and the FBI went after Flynn??

I don't think there is evidence to establish the two (shadow government and Hunter Laptop) have anything to do with each other.

The founding fathers would be appalled by the prospect of foreign born judges in the federal judiciary.

My bad, you are right - I just glanced at the article.
I did not realize this was a criminal complaint. Makes sense, this DOJ seems to have trouble with Grand Juries.
