Wow, so the judge admits he’s looking at it through a political lens. Judge the case on its it’s fricking merits.

To me the question in this is why did the DOJ file a criminal complaint in this manner? Procedurally it makes little to no sense.
If the case is such a slam dunk, just get an indictment - you bypass this crap.
honestly, as much as I hate to say it, the fact that DOJ has not gotten an indictment is good evidence that the Magistrate is correct in tossing it. Although I have zero knowledge of the facts.
