I noticed you preferred drawing attention to that statistic rather than the one about repeatedly making the decision to engage in criminal behavior and the unreasonable expectation that by resisting lawful arrest, a fellow human being will respond with a perfect decision that will enable you to get away with your life and good health.
I'm not sure what you're saying here. The first eleven words of my post (at least) dealt with repeat offenders like Duante.
He drew the unlucky number and got an incompetent female cop that mistook her glock for her taser, apparently.
Mistakes happen. Cops aren't perfect. They have a higher success rate than heart surgeons, actually.

It was in this case!

He may not have been a future captain of industry, but the cop fricked up and resulted in his death. Did his actions help the situation? No, but his death is due to negligence of the cop who grabbed the wrong weapon.
Sweet word porn with all your favorite buzzwords, but you’ve once again sidestepped placing any responsibility on the actions of this thug

Let me summarize this situation:
Career criminal who festers in a state subsized ghetto that feeds an endless supply of violent crime and prison inmates, all paid for by working class people who are virtually crime free, is chased around by a middle aged White woman who is incapable of physically handling the feral thugs that pervade these neighborhoods, instead of staying safely at home raising a functional family.
Woman fails to adequately mimic a competent male, suspect tries to escape, woman shoots thug, thug dies, woman loses job and faces murder charges, her boss loses job, liberalism continues on for another day, while everyone argues about which side her taser should he drawn from.

Pretty much dead on. Except gun manufacturers are also liable because they shaped their grips too closely to those of black genociding Glock pistols.

YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME. MATTERS NOT WHAT WARRANT HE HAD HE WAS MURDERED BC HE WAS BLACK PERIOD. HAD HE COMPLIED THINGS STILL COULD'VE WENT LEFT BC HE WAS A YOUNG BLACK MAN PERIOD. HIS PAST FAULTS AND FAILURES SHOULD'NT RESULT TO LOST OF LIFE PERIOD. THERE ARE COUNTLESS VIDEOS OF WHITE PEOPLE RESISTING ARREST EVEN TUSSLE WITH OFFICERS YET THE OFFICER USED WHATEVER TRAINING POSSIBLE TO MAKE SURE THEY DON'T BRING ANY KIND OF HARM TO THAT WHITE PERSON BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN. SO SHUT UP WITH YOUR GANG CULTURE MENTALITY TALK.

You know what always seems to be present in these situations?
2 independent acts of stupidity.
One on the part of the suspect, and one on the part of the police.
If just one of the 2 had not had a stupid action, no one would have died.

Yeah, and there are zero of black people right? Every black person who resists arrest is killed, 100%

This is not an executable offense
First degree murder is not an "executable offense" either - it however an obvious statement of truth.
Had he not been a street thug with a backlog of arrests, at least one of which he got away with the same idiotic 'resisting arrest' that got him killed this time. The family can mourn his death and wish they had done an adequate job of raising him to be a productive citizens instead of roach-like leeches, he would be alive today to enjoy his life. The life he was led into was worth exactly zero to the rest of the world, and that doesn't mean he should be killed. But neither should the rest of the world mourn the fact that he is no longer sucking off the teat of welfare when he is not actually our committing violent crimes.
I she not a drop of a tear.
Now, if you want to go after police for bad behavior then I'll join you in condemning that utter idiot who messed up on the arrest of the military vet. But note that as bad as THAT piece of shite officer was, he did not kill him.
So this constant refrain of "police out killing innocent black children" is an audacious lie - and always has been.

Does that excuse the officer for killing him by mistake? No.
Oh for goodness sake - YOU IDIOT!!
Nobody is saying it the mistake should be excused - we are saying that the incident was a verifiable mistake. And the mistake was prompted by the shite-head thug instigated a physical confrontation - it was HIS FAULT that the whole incident turned out like it did.
The officer who made the horrible mistake should lose her job. period. Just like an exec would lose his job if he wacked off in the corporate boardroom, while a TV camera camera was broadcasting it live. *unless you work for CNN* he made a mistake, but it put a bad look for the corporation.
The lady officer is probably emotionally torn up by anyone except perhaps the thugs mother or close siblings. The rest of the DIM virtue signalers are happy as shite he got killed the way he did - he advanced their propaganda for them and it didn't cost them a dime. You iincluded - you are glad it happened so you get to prance around looking sad - you really don't give a shite about the thug. You'd have crossed the street to avoid meeting him face to face.

You may not deserve to die for driving drunk but if you do and wrap your car around your tree ykur actions caused your death. Same thing here, did the cop screw up? Sure, but criminals actions are the reason he is dead.

As I predicted, the DA plans on pursuing criminal charges. Hopefully, they don't overcharge, hit her with manslaughter, and thus ensure a conviction.

In Minneapolis they're in total panic mode. They don’t have their shite together to use common sense.

Wonder if his family will beat the $27mln settlement to the Floyd family after the tragic death of such a humanitarian who I’m sure was destined to greatly benefit mankind before he was hunted and killed by white supremacists.
