This is a pretty egregious one.
Thankfully this one is likely more rare than winning the lotto.
The public needs to calm the frick down.

We should just keep stinking money into those communities. That’s what will help them.

agreed but that won't read well among many...
oh well...
I am at a point of not giving a damn about the ignorance I am witnessing. no one listens to the white man anymore anyways...
Blacks remain mad at the world
feeling left behind
feeling profiled by police
Feeling poor and broken
feeling "less than"
whites are outnumbered in terms of "the voices of reason", we are not listened to on these issues, we are considered the "problem" and need to "listen"
Out of wedlock children
Lack of God
Lack of education
Lack of wisdom
it's just the reality of the situation...
if a white person points changes necessary to improve things in the community, they will receive a series of f bombs in their direction.

Cannot disagree. But at the end of the day, I simply do not see intent to use deadly force.
More may well be known as this plays out.

Simple question...Do you think people die because of lack of/inferior/insufficient training of cops?

Listen dumb shite. It is his fault he put that officer in the position to make the mistake.
I may be done conversing with you.

Here is the question. We’re the cops wring for pulling him over?
This is actually an interesting question. Did they truly pullhim over initially because he had air fresheners hanging from his mirror? If that is the reason for the stop, I'd say yes. That is a stupid fricking reason to pull someone over.
quote:no. Not at all.
We’re they wrong to arrest him?
quote:this is not at all the same situation.
Had a Plt manning a check point. Had vehicle approach at high rate of speed. Signs clearly posted saying not to do that. Had interpreter tell the vehicle to stop via loudspeaker. At 100m I ordered both 240Gs and a M2 to open up. Car shredded and 3 passengers turned into a pink mist before the car caught fire.

For someone that claims to be pro choice, you seem quite caviler about choosing career criminal's lives over that of innocent children's.

Comply with the cops and live to tell your 3 babymommas about it. Resist and become a name on the rear window of your mommas whip written in some shitty font.
If in Minneapolis and you are black your momma will be rich afterward though.

Commonly? No
Occasionally? Undoubtedly
Question for you? What is an acceptable number of people killed due to gross incompetence on the part of the police?

Neither do I, hence the manslaughter charge.

I'd say the blame weighs more on the person who grabbed the wrong weapon and killed someone... But hey, that's just me.
Please keep parroting the talking points. When are you going to stand up and tell people stop fricking up? I mean you are probably one of those idiots that say “I can’t believe black men have to have talks with their sons about LEO interactions”. Well I raised 4 boys and they will tell you that I had the conversation with each of them. You know leave hands alway in plain sight, turn dome light on at night, always comply and we will fight it in the damn courts! You, and people like you, are the exact reason why our society is all fricked up! I bet you loved it when your kids got participation trophies!

Which is why this shooting is so wrong.
If she felt lethal force was warranted, she would have intentionally used lethal force.

That's quite the rant but it doesn't excuse a police officer incompetently mistaking a Glock for a taser.

Hey, you can justify this wrongful death however you want. Some of you need very little to justify the wrongful death of a person.
Not justifying it but the perpetrator did something that escalated the situation that resulted in his death. Cause and effect.
She should be held accountable. Most people would agree with this.

I think Daunte would agree...so tell me, with him knowing this...how does he not accept part of the responsibility of him dying?
Your question. 0. Never said anything different

Did his actions help the situation? No, but his death is due to negligence of the cop who grabbed the wrong weapon.
His actions actually caused the whole situation. IF he had let the cop cuff him and got in the car to take the ride to the station he would be out on the streets back up to no good already.
Quit making excuses.

The cop fricked up and it resulted in his death. How do you not get that.
So, she accidentally shots him if he complies?
If so, why didnt she accidentally shoot him the minute he was pulled over and complying?

This would go along way in helping.
The question is, why isn't it being done?

You must not be great at reading. The only time I have mentioned race regarding this situation is to say that I do not believe it had anything to do with race.
