Lift the embargo on cigars?
Plenty 57 chevy parts?
This is a genius move by the Trump administration, and it will show at the voting booth. I would rather pay taxes to rebuild the Cuban infrastructure, rather than a bunch of goat frickers who hate Jesus, and western way of life. Thoughts?

Cuba should have been dealt with 50-60 years ago. There's no room for a shite hole communist country 90 miles from the US....time to end the nightmare of communism for the Cuban people, allow them some semblance of freedom and prosperity.

Venezuela, Iran, Cuba...
Say whatever you will about this administration, but they're tackling issues that no other administration has been willing to touch for decades.

Don't leave out the Rum, some of the best I've ever had was Havana Club that was 15 years old. Damn it was smooth

Why should we pay for any of it?

We need to restore the property rights that were stolen when the communists took over.

We'll send Jeff Landry down there to smoothe it all out since he did so well in Greenland.

Imagine the casinos, the resorts, the cruise ships docked at Havana.
Instant prosperity.
Instant prosperity.

This would be more than enough to prosper the common Cuban. They wouldn't need any American tax dollars.

Yeah, I've had it. Tastes like cognac

If you are a Louisiana sugar cane farmer you probably are not necessarily looking forward to this. Plus the rum guys at Bacardi and Ronrico in Puerto Rico probably would not welcome the competition.

That is a big thing according to my ex. She showed me pics of beautiful areas and explained that the regime had taken the land

Doing so 50 years ago would have been against the overwhelming will of the Cuban people. We would have had to oppress them. Doing so now is the will of the people.
This is what the Trump doctrine really boils down to: we should only intervene in the internal affairs of other countries when it is in our strategic interests, it is the will of the people of that nation, and success is a certainty.
Iran is challenging that last requirement, but that box might get checked as well
