Cotswold McNamee says tariffs are by far the most racist policy that can be enacted

Cotswold McNamee has been fed up all week and he was ranting into the microphone about how if there was a single point of policy that is defined by absolute unrestrained racism, it is tariffs. He was going on about how tariffs are aimed at hurting those who are not white men. He lamented about all the non white countries out there who will be hurt badly by these tariffs being imposed by the US.
He then brought on J'Connor Mickens and DeTravis Pendleton to give a persons of color point of view on this matter as Cotswold McNamee himself is white and wanted make sure that he brought on two men of color who are non white to discuss how racist tariffs are. J'Connor Mickens said that tariffs are simply slavery "with extra steps" and that its like the emancipation proclomation never happened. DeTravis Pendleton likened these tariffs to lynching, saying that they will all but lead to the wholesale slaughter of tens of thousands of black people if not stopped.
All 3 men agreed that the time for talk is over and its time to usher in more direct courses of action. They said firebombing Tesla dealerships, while honorable, isn't enough. They mentioned how its time to find another "Mario's Brother in Green", whatever that means.

Jesse Wamsutter had provided some good insight on his show with Cotswold that I hadn’t thought about. Only minorities, gays, and women feel the impact of tariffs. Straight white Christian men are by definition immune to rising prices, which gives us a blind spot.
