Twitter’s systems hid 48 percent of tweets using the #DNCLeak hashtag and 25 percent of tweets using #PodestaEmails, Twitter general counsel Sean Edgett said in his written testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday.

I'm less concerned with twitter hiding tweets and more concerned with the apparent collusion by tech companies to prevent competitors from being able to operate.

Even if there was Russian collusion, it seems to be clearly outmatched by American media collusion.

Duh.

Silicon valley and the tech sector is hard left as they donate exclusively to democrats.

They do not support and welcome free speech that may be unpleasant to them.

Yep, far more impactful, like infinitely more impactful.

Also, it was in collusion with the deep state.

It's just remarkable that a company would try to block its most loyal customers. Reminds me of ESPN.

F Twitter. We really need an alternative to these tech companies. Where are the nerdy conservatives or at least politic neutral ones.

I told y’all about my flaming homosexual coworker who told Trump on Twitter that he hopes KIm Jong Un aims the nuke directly at him and told Dana Loesch to shoot herself and then called all Trump supporters Nazi KKK white supremacist rednecks.

Because my company is a Silicon Valley tech company. And he is still happily employed.

Part of me wants to go nuts in the opposite direction to see if I would get fired, but I have a family and I actually like the service my company provides outside of some of the loons who work for us.

I've made the same statement for over a year. The Enemedia's incestuous relationship with the DNC/HRC was the only verifiable collusion during the 2016 Primary and GE.

Oh FFS, don't omit relevant stuff.

Just two percent of the tweets using the #DNCLeak hashtag came from “potentially Russian-linked accounts,” according to Edgett. He explained that Twitter hid the tweets as “part of our general efforts at the time to fight automation and spam on our platform across all areas.”

To the extent that's true, it's a good thing, as automated tweets and spam make Twitter useless. I noticed this during the 2016 BR flood, where the main feed would be the same rescuer post tweeted hundreds of times amidst a handful of unique tweets. Any "big" story in the news was tweeted and retweeted so often the main feed was 99% redundant and thus unusable. It was a major problem, and for all I know, they were suppressing some of these tweets like they admitted in your article. If so, it still wasn't nearly good enough. Not enough information to judge here.
