Probably under pressure from sponsors who are all in on the ESG bullshite. Snyder wasn't going to change the name until fricking FedEx decided to pull sponsorship if they stayed the Redskins.

S&P 500 traded orgs have the ESG rating. Sports teams are kept in check with BLM. Hollywood has been communist for nearly its entire existence and all their sexual deviance keeps them in line.

What's dumber is he would've probably been fined if he supposedly said something similar a decade ago. Look at what happened to Chucky.

Amen! I gave up all interest to the NFL when

1. they got political and endorsed ObamaCare which hurt my business and employees benefits royally.

2. When they ruined the Saints “prime window” when the team could have put together a run at a small dynasty when Brees, Graham etc… we’re all in their prime and team gelled etc…. But the league used the saints as its whipping boy when they had all the concussion heat going around, so they made an example of the saints for giving “locker room speeches”
That period destroyed the team Peyton had put together & never got to that same quality after “Bounty Gate”

3. When I found out the NFL has so many major tax exemptions it is not even funny. When the Commish himself makes $50M salary per year & yet, the league doesn’t pay substantial taxes, yes that pisses me off.

4. All the holdouts over greed etc… while the avg. fan cannot even afford to go to games anymore or substitute season tickets and not go on a family vacation to afford to go to saints games (those people are weird to me to skip family vacations, but hey, you do you & that’s cool).

League has been hijacked by Politics & Corporations, screw the NFL!

It’s a marketing arm for Politics, they use these athletes as role models to push their agendas. ObamaCare still swells my Nuts on what it cost me and my employees, I had to do much lesser plans, couldn’t pay for whole family & the overall plans aren’t near as quality as pre-Obama Care.

As we saw last night in the hearings, what happened on the Capitol on January 6, 2021 was an act of domestic terrorism. A group of citizens attempted to overturn the results of a free and fair election, and as a result, lives were lost and the Capitol building was damaged.

We obviously didn't watch the same broadcast. That soap opera was total bull shite.

Forgetting to cover Vernon Davis was a big part of that as well. It took them a few years to bounce back from that loss.

frick the Redskins and Del Rio is a PoS for letting them put his name to this?

I want to make it clear that our organization will not tolerate any equivalency between those who demanded justice in the wake of George Floyd's murder and the actions of those on January 6 who sought to topple our government.

You know what, he is right, the fricking Summer Of Love riots were 100x worse than the “dust up” where the ONLY PEOPLE THAT DIED WERE PROTESTORs.

Why I haven't watched an NFL game in years.

You mean the violent leftist progressive communists looking for any excuse to riot, pillage, plunder, and burn shite down including our system of government versus partriotic Americans demanding justice for a stolen election.

See, works both ways assholes.
