I remember reading about on here before and went down the rabbit hole. It was at least a year or more ago

The developer is working with a bank and will get the illegals in on a highly inflated mortgage. They’ll eventually lose their job and can’t pay. They get kicked out and the next illegal moves in and the process starts over.

Been a thing for several years. Christian Collins (whomever that is) is a bit late to the game.

Hopefully this time ICE actually does something. Everyone’s been knowing about this place.

Yep. Old news.

The place is basically Thunderdome.

The developer is taking advantage of the immigrants in grand fashion.

Drive back and forth from E Texas to Houston often. No idea where this is.

Here’s one of several fairly thorough write-ups about it.
LINK

Gov Abbott has sent State Police there to address the lawlessness.

There’s also issues currently pending in federal court.

People who live in the Houston area who claim to have never heard of this have not been paying attention, and it’s probably due to this technically being in Liberty County.

I’ve been up there a few times. It’s little
Mexico. Truly stunning.

Half built houses everywhere, Mexicans everywhere, stray dogs everywhere.

I live in Brazoria county just SE of Houston and have not heard of this til now. Of course I haven't monitored local news closely enough - that's gonna change,

Seems like mass deportations would kill two birds with one stone. Rid us of illegals and fix the housing shortage

Doubt they cover it either until Trump shows up.

That place has a bad reputation in Houston.

Yes, it's real. And yes, it's massive.

Governor Abbot has received $1.4 million in donations from the developer. He doesn’t really care about the lawlessness.

Been knowing about it for a few years. I worked with someone that lived a few minutes from there. It's cartel owned.

You would have to take the new Grand Parkway exit and head north for about 30 miles.
