It really isn't any different now. People always want the country to get better, but for the president they didn't vote for to fail. It's no worse now than it has ever been that I can recall - going back to Nixon.

Gotta watch the opposition. For a variety of reasons.
I posted the news thinking people would discuss the premature assessment which was labeled “low confidence”, discuss the leak, and other issues. Instead I got downvoted to oblivion because somehow people must think I’m in favor of CNN.
Back to your post. I watch it because I want to know what the daily talking points are and other reasons. I also sometimes make short term trades based on people’s overreactions to sensationalized stories.

When CNN says "Sources Indicate" expect a big half truth or outright bullshite.
Every story they make up starts this way but the "sources" are never explained, probably some intern in the kitchen.

CNN also reported the lab leak theory was a conspiracy, RussiaGate, hunters laptop = Russian disinformation, the many fine people hoax, etc. etc. etc...
