CNN & Acosta Have A Very Good Case Supported By Law

It’s right there in Article IV of the Constitution, black letter law:
“The President shall not bar CNN and Jim Acosta from press conferences and receptions for any reason and must call upon and answer questions from CNN and Jim Acosta.”
Case closed.
That being settled, I’d like to play a little jazz trumpet for yo honor.

When you think you have the answers, I change the questions.
No pressers until further notice if Acosta is part of WHPC, exclusive interviews to be given to selected outlets to piss off CNN et all. Etc.
Saying he has a press pass doesn’t mean he can ask questions or that there even needs to be press events.
Edit - Additional alternative - WH starts asking the press questions and goes full McLauchlan Group if they stray too far.
“Issue number 1 - Why is Jim Acosta still in this room? Jake Tapper!”
“Because he won a court...”
“WRONG! Eleanor Clift!”
“Because CNN is a vital...”
“WRONG! The answer is that the ADA has declared having a micro penis as a protected class!
Question number two...”

It’s written on the back.
In Spanish.

I can’t wait until a judge rules that President Kirsten Gillibrand must answer questions from Russia Today and Newsmax journalists.
The precedent will be there.
The precedent will be there.

It's right next to the right to an abortion until the umbilical cord is cut.
As a liberal to find the right to keep and bear arms and she'll look at you like you're f*cking nuts. But, abortion and Acosta's right to lecture the President and take up every press conference is right there -- YOU CAN'T MISS IT.

If Trump was really looking for maximum trigger he should put Acosta on the front row of each presser and never take a question from the douche.

If acousta somehow wins his frivolous suit, trump should expand the press pool to add dozens of new, non political types and then redo the seating chart, putting the new guys up front and the fake news MSM in the back. Still call on the non rude MSM, but until their attitudes improve, punish them all.

Don’t you know the Constitution?
The democrats will just sue again and a judge will rule that the President must call on Jim Acosta and answer his questions.

I’m sure some Dim lawyers could twist the constitution enough to prove Acosta’s constitutional rights are being violated. Lol!

It was in a bootlegged version of the First Amendment, it's very rare.

You idiots can't even recognize a melt when you have them and therefore have no idea what a melt is.
The OP was as far from melting as you are becoming hinged.
