Being vaccinated twice doesn't mesh with with the above comment.
Getting vaccinated for anything means you are scared about whatever it is suppose to "protect" you against. If not worried about your body handling it, then you were scared of some kind of repercussion of not getting it.
Either way you got the vaccine out of fear of something.

You can also just get a vaccine because a sore shoulder for a single day beats being sick. See chicken pox vaccine. Or because it helps keep a subdued disease subdued. See a multitude of other vaccines for illnesses few people get anymore.
