Before this last note from jury. The defense attorney said one male juror not agreeing with not guilty.
Then in the last 30 minutes the defense attorney said we dont know their verdict minus one (he is slick) and actually asked to make verdict known, so no double jeopardy for Lindsey.<----NUTS

The prosecution should definitely retry the case. Ask for change of venue and sequester the jury.
Susan Smith served 30 years for killing her kids and still sits in prison after her first parole being denied. Been there since 1994.

She knew what she was doing and she knew it was wrong. The acts were far too methodical and planned out to support any reasonable claim of psychosis.
But the jury got to watch tik tok for a few weeks and decided to be weak instead.

How do you know that? They did not poll the jury because there is no verdict. At least that is normally the case.

Susan know's she does not deserve to get out and she does not even appeal. Clancy want's no punishment. She is the prototypical woman in today's society.

It's obvious due to the fact that the defense tried to have the one holdout removed. If the vote were going the other way there is no chance the defense would try to remove the one juror saying she was innocent.

Ironic that Child Services could have your children forcibly removed from the home for being disciplined but if you choke them to death, well that’s ok. Our society is broken and putrefied.

This here. if it was true that she were suffering a temporary hormonal imbalance and therefore insane at the time, she would be begging for death right now.
