Breaking now: The murder trial of Massachusetts mother Lindsay Clancy ended in a mistrial after the jury became hopelessly deadlocked. Judge William Sullivan declared the mistrial following 36 hours of deliberations spanning seven days

Lindsay Clancy (the Massachusetts mother on trial for the 2023 deaths of her three children) has admitted she killed them. Her lawyers have said so repeatedly in court, she stipulated to her involvement in the acts, and she described doing it in a civil lawsuit filing.
What she has not done is plead guilty to murder or accept criminal responsibility. The defense position is that she caused the deaths while in the grip of postpartum psychosis (hearing a commanding voice, feeling she had no choice, etc.) and therefore should not be found criminally responsible.
Total insanity.

Yay! So we get to have tv obsessed and occupied by the stupid trial again soon that will take weeks to settle? She is either going to prison or an insane facility. Flip a damn coin. Either way, she can never kill another baby.

She is not in jail. She is in a state psych facility. she will remain there until the State decides to 1. try her again, or 2. accepts a plea agreement, or 3. drops the charges.

If she was so worried about harming her children, why would she ever trust herself alone with them?
Why would she send her husband to the store to allow herself time alone at the hosue to murder them?

It was a circus. The defense attorney made the public the judge and jury.
They need change of venue. Lawyer on fox saying sequestering is mostly for mob cases.
