As a Christian the best I can hope for is peace for a while between Jews and Muslims. However, if they are going through a sort of civil war maybe it will take their focus off Israel for a little longer.

This is a good thing if Palestinians are rallying behind a less extreme organization. If they are rallying under a similar organization with a different name then it will just be more of the same for the Middle East.

Hamas is busy eliminating enemies and consolidating power in Gaza as we speak. They’re calling it “eliminating collaborators “. But its really just killing off rivals.

Hamas are the moderates, relatively speaking, among these Palestinian groups. The Oct 7th atrocities were mainly committed by these clans. This is a mafia type war among the Palestinians. There are no good guys in this.
