Let's hypothesize Christians and Muslims don't get along; in fact they occasionally attack each other. Let's further suppose just 5% of Christians are victimized in these attacks, while 10% of Muslims are attacked in return.
What does that say about the Muslims?
(1) They are twice as likely to be victims, but
(2) They are 50 times more likely to be perps.
All just a hypothetical of course.
