I'll go even further than that. I'll bet China also thinks we have too many planes, ships and tanks.

Yes, China, of all nations has room to talk about "unnecessary deaths".
Going to get a murder to lecture us on pro-life now?
Yes, there are plenty of unnecessary deaths in the US, and unnecessary deaths by guns isnt at the top of the list.

From the people that take political prisoners, strap them down to a table and harvest ALL their sellable organs without anesthetic? Probably not.

China doesn’t know how many guns I have, but I’m pleased that they believe I have a lot.

That's the only reason we're not already speaking Chinese.

Many interest groups have benefited from it and some ordinary people have truly gained a sense of safety. To change this habit which has lasted hundreds of years, tremendous political courage and a rearrangement of interests is required,” the Global Times editorial team wrote. The Communist Party of China-sponsored tabloid painted the U.S. as a lawless society with no answers for citizens seeking redress from a gun violence epidemic.
After reading this ^^^^^ are we sure China doesn't own controlling interests in The NY Times and WAPO? This is the exact crap you would find in both of those Dim propaganda newspapers.

Is it just me or does this sound like an exact quote an American Democrat-Socialist would say about the 2nd Amendment?
China and the libs in power are one team. The plan is for china to take over. That is why the democrats have been trying successfully, to move manufacturing to china. Notice the laws they passed that make china favored and handicapping the USA. Notice the supposed spys from china. They new they were spys aka comrades. Notice obama saying those jobs are not coming back. notice google working in lock step with china but refusing to work with the usa military. Notice killary's server sending all email directly to china. That was not a hack but a plan.
Dims are part of china.

I have gone to China regularly for work for the last 15 years and have gotten to know some of the factory owners and business people fairly well. Even the richest of them are envious of the size of the average American home and amazed at the size of some of the nice 4-6000 sq ft homes.
Just the fact that we can own property is a big deal for them. They come to the USA often and some have been to my home and ohh and ahh over the fact that I have a 2 acre lot. I invited some to come out to our hunting camp in the Delta and shoot AR 15’s and you would have thought they were about to embark on a criminal enterprise. I could tell they were totally freaked out about the idea and were worried their government might find out.

Democrats always repeating Chinese talking points.
They are all Chinese assets.
The proof? They even give Biden's son 1.5 Billion.
Collusion!

At my prior job, I worked with three first generation Chinese who moved to the US. All, along with their spouses (also first generation Chinese), were working to become legit US citizens.
During my last company gathering before I left, I was talking with all 6 at the same time. Politics was the topic. Long story short: All six couldn't believe there was a real political party in the US that parroted the Chi-Com talking points. That, of course, was the Democrat party. I explained to them that it wasn't always this way as I used to vote D.
They couldn't believe someone would want to make America into that....

Your post reminds me of a Neal Boortz story of his hosting a Soviet professor and his wife. It was in the 80s and Neal lived in Atlanta, Ga.
The Russian couple went to a Super Market for groceries with Neal. When they walked in they couldn't believe the amount of food displayed in all the departments.
Russian guy: 'This place must be for the govt leaders.'
Neal:'No, this is for everyone.'
The Russian guy's wife started to cry.

That may be true but I get the sense from the article they are truly concerned with gun violence and the unnecessary deaths of our citizens.
Who are "they"??
Serious question. In their scramble for daily life and needs, I doubt the average person in China give a second thought to "problems" in America.
Just more Communist propaganda.

Well, until a certain genre/demographic stops glorifying gun violence, it’ll never change.
In the real world, there is no "gun violence" problem.
It's as contrived a narrative as the danger of "climate change".
Fear being used as a means of gaining control over peoples lives. Period.

Yeah, the Chinese government is just as corrupt and deceptive as the Soviets ever were. Their economy is a house of cards that will topple and the Western media, elites and academia will be perplexed. Whole parts of their biggest cities like Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai are ghost towns. I’ve ridden through mile after mile of empty brand new high rises where no one lives. You finally figure out it is a way for the government to keep the economy humming and their housing bubble will make our 2008 crisis look like a small time accounting error. Their wealthy say their stock market is so corrupt their only investment outlet is Chinese real estate. They can invest in US real estate but it is very complicated and illegal due to Chinese big brother currency and foreign investment laws. Once their real estate bubble bursts they are going down the drain and my fear is they may take the rest of the world with them.

Thanks for gun powder China...

I'd hesitate to shoot a fellow American gun grabber. The CCP gets the whole magazine.
