I keep seeing people saying he was not wearing a bullet proof vest which is incorrect.

There are pictures where you can see his nipples poking through his shirt.

Board was so much better when you were on vacation.

I posted about this topic this morning. People did not like it.

It appears Charlie was wearing armor chest plate.

o if it hit lower he would have been okay? Damn, that is even more depressing

Or, if it ricocheted off a little further past his jugular....so depressing.

Because it’s blatantly obvious he’s wearing nothing but a T-shirt. There is no type of protection that isn’t clearly visible under a T-shirt

It's blatantly obvious that he was absolutely not wearing a vest.

Was the initial movement of the t-shirt due to the bullet shock wave? If so that would explain the pre-t-shirt movement.

Is the black object to Charlie's left that appears and then quickly disappears a bullet fragment?

Its irrelevant honestly. a bullet proof vest would not stop most rifle rounds, he would need cumbersome level IV plates to stop that round that ultimately killed him.

Black object is a magnetic mic clip he wears, the mic sits just behind inside his shirt...so i'm told

The round appears to hit above the "EEDO" in Freedom

That’s the air from the speed of the bullet making his shirt go up like that. He got shot directly in the neck. Come on

This needs an explanation.

Charlie's mens rea.

Then you have to ask why?

If the answer is, scared of getting shot. Then by who?

Then when a specific who is answered then you ask why again.

Smaller ceramic plates and carriers can most definitely stop up rifle rounds, but you’d see a clear outline as they aren’t concealable. Ceramic isn’t cumbersome

How does a bullet proof vest not absorb the impact and how does a downward travelling bullet ricochet upward?

Have you ever seen an armor plate and the plate carrier that holds it?

It's bulky.

He is absolutely not wearing a vest.

Yes you can see the plate from the front. There are safeguards to prevent a ricochet and I’m sure he had them.

If he had NAM(neck armor module) you would have been able to see it. It’s rarely used in executive protection. SWAT guys and military use.
