The bullet fragmented upon impact and one of the fragments hit his right jugular.

Here is an example of how this would happen:

You can see in the slowed video a bullet hole appear on his shirt as it movesnear his collar bone. It wasn't a ricochet.

This is what I believe.

A direct shot to the neck seems like it would have had more of a misting effect on impact.

What fricking difference does it really make?

Charlie is still dead and his family went to sleep last night knowing he'll never come home.

Charlie was a multi-millionaire; he was not wearing CHEAP, HEAVY, SPALL producing steel rifle plates…Period.

I do not see how an armor plate could be concealed under a t-shirt. It appears the only thing he has on is a t-shirt. I see nothing that would support the weight of an armor plate.

There are views of him from the side that does not portray any way of supporting the weight of a plate.

Can this really be a possibility?

Obviously I am ignorant in the attributes of armor plate = I am assuming it is metal and would require something supporting the weight.

You honestly think it looks like he has a vest on? Go look at any of our service members or LEO.

That doesn’t look anything close to him having a vest on. But what do I know

No way one can conceal level III or level III+ armor plating under a simple t-shirt.

It's the poli-board. They buy as gospel anything anyone says as long as they agree with them.

In the video he is seen for nanoseconds before the death shot wencing back you can see his face. As if he was impacted before the shot hit his neck.

You would think he would wear a good vest.

I'm not going to post it frame by frame but if you skip through the video frame by frame it looks like the following:

1. T-shirt "fluffs" up, then...
2. Bullet pierces the neck.

Was the initial movement of the t-shirt due to the bullet shock wave? If so that would explain the pre-t-shirt movement.

Is the black object to Charlie's left that appears and then quickly disappears a bullet fragment?
